We got a puppy on saturday. While my dad was away...without him knowing.

Hercules is a mix between a shitzu and a peekaneese so we had to name him Hercules, I think we're giving him an inflated ego early on. But oh well...he's adorable, I'll try and get a picture of him soon.

Besides that school started again, we'd been on mid-term last week, so that wasn't fun. I take my SSATs on saturday because even though we don't need them here in the Bahamas my parents are considering sending me away to boarding school in the States, which I am vehemently against for the record. We're actually going up to look at the school next week.

The first of the Anna Nicole Smith hearings was downtown today. It was a mob there and at her former house. And as a legal Bahamian, I'd like to clarify something I've even heard on the TV. Even though her baby was born here, she is not a bahamian and will not be able to apply for Bahamian citzenship until she is 18. Also according to Bahamian law, even though Stern's name is on the birth certificate, because the two were not legally married, Stern does NOT have automatic legal rights to the child. This is something most people with a brain here know, but of course the courts will take forever to decide, just for a little media time. (Can anyway say Seid-show judge?)

Nothing much else is going on, watching all the crap going on about Anna Nicole Smith, who they really should just let rest in peace, is fun. But nothing much else.
